Project description

The idea of ​​the ALAIA project arises from the application of AI technologies to industrial environments with special characteristics that make difficult the implementation of conventional digitalization projects.

Along this path, arises ALAIA, an industrial digitalization project. Batura and Ulma Construction, together with the Fundación Elhuyar technology center, form a consortium of complementary multi-disciplinary work, with the aim of achieving improvements on diffent work flows thanks to the development of digital interfaces that help people on different contexts.

Goals

The main objective of the ALAIA project is the development of interfaces for professionals based on technology applied to the digitalization of industrial processes in complex environments. These technologies must facilitate the interaction of operators with their work environment. It is precisely in this type of interactions where the use of applied Artificial Intelligence, takes on special relevance and adds value to the daily processes of people who work in this type of environment. For example, through the use of Vision technologies or Voice interaction.
