SIAFLUPI, corresponds to the Servitization project with Artificial Intelligence for intelligent and augmented product flows.

Business need in food traceability

The SIAFLUPI project arises from the need to digitize the management of the product and its information. Specifically, this knowledge, key to competitiveness, is usually linked to food traceability.
In store product management, current procedures are manual. They are based on constant inspections to detect expired or soon-to-expire products. This involves repetitive processes and a long learning curve. In competitive environments, or in the face of food emergencies, this management becomes critical.

SIAFLUPI proposes advances in five key technological areas:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Product tracking
• Geolocation
• Natural language voice interaction
• Immersive Augmented Reality (RIA)

These innovations will improve product traceability and management throughout the supply chain.

Innovative solution with Artificial Intelligence

SIAFLUPI seeks to develop product tracking technology based on Artificial Intelligence. It will provide data on origin, route and location at points of sale. In addition, it will include internal geolocation to know in real time the location of products in factories, warehouses, vehicles and stores. This will facilitate semi-automated management.

AI will be fed with logistics and transportation data, optimizing traceability. Immersive Augmented Reality (RIA) will also be incorporated, improving product tracking in a visual and interactive way.

Voice interaction in natural language will be explored, allowing users to consult information or manage products with voice commands.

Contribution from mobile app

The project will include a mobile solution as a digital tool for all actors in the process. It will be versatile, secure, configurable and scalable.
This app will integrate advanced traceability technologies in logistics and secure transportation. It will allow direct interaction of users in all phases, from production to delivery.
The development of a multiplatform app will improve efficiency in the supply chain, guaranteeing safety and quality at each stage.
